    Singapore Standard Delivery - 1 - 3 working days
    We'll strive to make deliveries happen on Monday - Friday, between 9am - 6pm.

    Do You Offer Free Delivery?

    Yes of course!
    Delivery is free for Singapore for orders over SGD20.

    Where Do You Deliver Besides Singapore?

    My Packages Arrive And I Am Not At Home, What Do I Do?

    If the deliveries are handled by our 3rd party logistic partners; Citylink Express and Ninja Van normally they will leave you a note or a text message to your contactable phone for you to rearrange with them the next available dates. If there be a 2nd failed delivery attempt, you may incur an additional delivery charge.

    Do You Have Any No-Delivery Zones?

    You may deliver your parcel anywhere in Singapore excluding the following areas: 

    • Airports
    • Sentosa Island
    • Jurong Island
    • Restricted Zone; Mindef

  • 7.
    Can I Choose A Specific Time And Day For My Delivery?

    Sorry, you cannot select your desired delivery date and time, but once your order is ready for delivery, you would be notified spontaneously including the tracking reference number and details through your email. Please ensure to provide us a correct email address.

    Are Custom Charges And Import Duties Included?

    You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.

    As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. we have no control over these charges and as such, we are unable to tell you what would be the exact cost.
