Return and Exchanges

  • Returning your goods should be as easy as purchasing from us, here's how.

    • You can return items to us with 30 days of receiving your original orders.
    • Certain brands and items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable, you can read the full list here.
    • All goods will be inspected upon receipt.
    • The goods will be your responsibility until we've received them, make sure it's packed up properly so it won't get damaged on the way.
    • Goods returned have to be in original packaging, original conditions, tag intact.
    • We'll drop you an email upon receipt of the returns.
    • We'll recommend that you return your goods via registered post, so if your parcel goes missing, you are able to check the status of it.
    • Once we've got your returns, and the refund is valid, we'll issue an refund with 3 working days. A notification email will be send to you once it's done.
    • Once a refund is payable to you, we'll transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

    How Do I Make A Return?

    Kindly ensure you've read through the Returns Policy and follow through the 4 simple steps below.

    • Step 1:
      Print the Returns Form and complete it.
    • Step 2:
      Pack your items, invoice and slip them into your package. Don't forget to make sure it's properly packed and secured.
    • Step 3:
      Drop-off your parcel to your preferred couriers. We recommended you send via registered post.
    • Step 4:
      We'll send you a notification email upon receipt of your returns.

  • 3.
    I've Not Received My Refund, Please Help?

    Once we've got your returns, and the refund is valid, we'll issue an refund with 3 working days. A notification email will be send to you once it's done.

    Once you receive this email, the time needed for the funds to reach your account is dictated by your payment provider and unfortunately, we do not have the means to expedite the process.

    You can always check back with your payment provider on the status of your refund

    The Refund I've Received Is Incorrect, What Should I Do?

    Please escalate the issue to us here and we'll sort it out for you as soon as possible.

  • 5.
    Are There Any Items That Are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable?

    Due to final clearance, hygiene concerns and merchants' requests, certain brands and items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Kindly verify that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list.

    • Hosiery
    • Hipsy headbands
    • Lingerie (including women's sports bra and underwear)
    • Socks
    • Swim trunks and swimwear (bikini bottoms, bikini sets and 1-piece suits)
    • Toiletries
    • Headphones
    • Earphones

  • 6.
    Are There Any Items Eligible For 1 to 1 Exchange Only?

    In the event of a refund, please take note that all Klitch Footwear Clips are only eligible for 1 to 1 exchange, no refunds will be made for such items.
